Privacy.
What we collect — and, mostly, what we don't.
The short version.
No advertising trackers, no profile of you, and no cookies at all. We do count visits, so that we know which pages are read and which are ignored: that is Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless, record no identifier and cannot follow you to another site. What they collect is the page, the country, the kind of device, and how quickly the page loaded.
The contact form.
When you submit the contact form, it is sent to an endpoint on this site, recorded in our enquiry database (hosted by Supabase) and emailed to the studio so we can reply. You receive a copy of your own message by email. If that path is unavailable, the message is delivered instead by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which handles the submission on our behalf. We only receive what you choose to send, we keep it for as long as we need it to reply and to keep a record of the exchange, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies & local storage.
No cookies. We store a language preference in your browser, and, if you arrived from an advertisement, its click identifier for the length of your visit, so that an enquiry can be matched to the advert that brought you. Both stay on your device unless you send the form.
Third parties.
Fonts load from Google Fonts and Fontshare. The site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides the cookieless audience and speed measurement described above. Enquiries are stored with Supabase and emailed through Resend, with FormSubmit as a fallback. These providers may process technical data such as your IP address under their own policies.
Your rights.
Under the Swiss nLPD and the GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct or delete any personal data you have sent us — just email contact@agencefritz.com.
